Get more depth in your business and increase your segments so that when times change, you make a small lateral shift, and you are still growing your pipeline!
From 2018 to 2021, all I did was talk to real estate agents because many of you were refinancing clients all day, not growing your business.
Once rates hiked, I shifted to financial advisors, and 62.5% of my closings last year, 2022, came from financial advisors. I stopped chasing new agent relationships because I knew everyone else would be.
I know exactly where the next pool of business will come from, and it isn't real estate agents or financial advisors...
