So many mortgage professionals think we need to hire more processors to help us close more loans; we wasted more time training someone on the business to likely have them leave us down the road.

If you want to drastically grow your business, outside of implementing my standards into your business model, you will eventually need to hire a junior loan officer. Someone you can give lay-down accessible deals to that is almost guaranteed to close.

The incentive to the JR is a commission on closing, and that reward only comes with funding.

Stepping away from the easy deal leaves you with more time to grow your business!
