What is the program about?

It’s about Succeeding Success in the Residential Mortgage Lending space. I help loan officers reach their highest potential with a structured, sound business model.

Coaching hasn’t worked for me in the past. How are you different?

#1 reason: I am an active 1% loan originator, dealing with the same market you are. Coaching isn’t just about giving advice. It’s collaborating with people — supporting and providing actionable guidance to change your mindset and develop daily habits that drive you towards success. My coaching is meant to push, to shape, to reject the industry norms that keep you caged to an outdated path. With my guidance and knowledge, we create evolved and effective practices that maximize your growth.

Is there a community group as part of the program?

Yes. Through my one-on-one program, you get exclusive access to an active student group where you can communicate ideas, hurdles, and success stories.

Are coaching videos included in the program? How many hours do I need to allocate for them?

Yes, students receive one to two weekly virtual and pre-recorded videos. They are 6 hours in total.

Are course materials included in the program and how do I access them?

Only in the one-on-one course. All course materials are sent to the student’s home. This includes the course program, an accountability and weekly tracking book, and a journal to work on mindset and planning. You will also have access to coaching videos and Q&A sessions with specialists in the field.

How often are the check-ins and through what means?

My coaching includes a weekly check-in by video or call. This sometimes includes communication through Instagram direct messaging, as often as needed. Group sessions also include a group soundboard to share tips or ask for community advice.

What modules does the One Percenter program cover?

The list of modules will cover — Mindset, Branding, Earning Projections, Pillar Referral Sources, Non-Profits, Leveraging Hobby, Self-Accountability, and Added Services, including outsourced additional 90 Days Sales Manager Accountability. Each module includes Q&A sessions with specialists to discuss partnership value.

How much time do I need to dedicate to your program?

The program takes an average of 10 weeks or 2.5 months to complete. This includes a one-hour weekly call. Students will need to dedicate at least three hours a week to the program and homework.

How many coaching sessions do I need?

Each class is customized to yield the right success. Multiple sessions are often required to create a meaningful process. I provide weekly coaching and ongoing services until you hit your success. A steady improvement is more important and more permanent. The average coaching sessions require approximately 10 weeks or 2.5 months to complete.

Do you guarantee results from The One Percenter program?

Yes. I guarantee that if you dedicate time and effort, follow your goals and all action steps, and commit yourself fully to the coaching, you will get the results. With each session, you will learn evolved techniques and the homework will help you incorporate these learnings into your career.
